His efforts in helping me out were great and I was very pleased that I got my new place. I am Deaf, and found his assistance helpful, I was so happy and really appreciated this. Rick came in his own time to help sort my internet out, out of the goodness of his heart, plus helped me organise a new wire door lock and repairs I wanted to have done… He was so fantastic, he really did a great job…. John Hamilton has been the single best real estate agent we have met in our search for our first home. I met John after trawling online listings, attending multiple open homes (from the Blue Mountains to Blacktown) and meeting many disingenuous real estate agents. We were almost certain that we would not find a house to buy but upon introduction, John bought up a list of houses that suited our needs and offered to show us all of them that were accessible the very next day, a Sunday! Throughout our dealings he was always punctual, communicated swiftly, gave us all the resources we needed, offered a lot of helpful advice and was ever so patient even as we looked at other houses offer by other agents. Firstly the customer service is outstanding, from my first phone call to your office, through to each and every point of contact I have had with your team. I like the friendly nature of the staff, the way the property inspection was run, the phone calls and courtesy calls made to me by your staff. I felt supported through this experience of moving home, which is a big event in my life.

The lease signing was impressive with the movie on what to do and what is expected. It was actually interesting to watch. And simplified the whole process. I felt the organisation was above average and made the appointment very fluid and quick.

The office is nice to come into, i’m sure home buyers, investors and so on would enjoy coming in to speak with you. It’s clean, clutter free, well presented as well as warm and inviting. It’s situated in a lovely location. It definitely gives the impression that coming to work each day would be a joy.

Lastly I had a reason to ask for a repair in my new rental (home) and the request process was easy to do, it was explained that if it’s urgent to contact the plumber immediately, however I was able to wait and the work was carried out the next business day by 2 well mannered tradies, that got in and did the job quickly. I was very impressed.

I would definitely recommend your real estate to anyone and I already have done so.

Just wanted to pass along my appreciation for the excellent work Kady has done on the renovations for our unit. She was very proactive in recognising the potential for improvement, making great recommendations, organising good value quotes & then co-ordinating with multiple suppliers to complete all works in a very short space of time. Of particular mention is when she noticed that one supplier’s quote for electrical works in addition to supplying an air-conditioner seemed a bit high, so she organised another quote from her electrician and saved us a significant amount. What could have been a painful experience (or even worse, neglected) was instead made simple, fast & great value. Thanks again Kady!
